Qualifications

• Experience managing large teams doing repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of grant writing process in impact/nonprofit space.
• Experience with knowledge economy workers.
• Strong university degree/education.
• Experience with scaling startups (Series A+).

• Lead and scale a team of grant writers (20+ people).
• Manage daily delivery and ensure backlog tasks are completed.
