STACK Infrastructure in London seeks a Tools & Process Manager to shape systems, processes and standards for efficient project delivery. You will drive governance, document control and digital tools across Delivery, PMO and corporate teams to support quality and continuous improvement.

You will lead improvements to delivery templates, platforms and reporting, partnering with Digital, IT and project teams to boost system functionality and user adoption.

Formación

• PMO, project controls or governance experience in major capital projects.
• Background in data centres, construction or infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing document control systems and project information management.
• Knowledge of construction software platforms such as Procore, Aconex, Asite or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and continuous improvement of delivery processes and governance standards.
• Own the Delivery Management System and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain document management standards and workflows.
• Manage delivery templates, registers and standard documentation for consistency.
• Support implementation and enhancement of delivery systems, tools and reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with Digital, IT, PMO and project teams to improve systems and adoption.
• Monitor compliance with processes and support QA activities and audits.
• Identify opportunities to streamline with automation and digital innovation.
• Provide training and support to project teams for tool adoption.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
