Peaple Talent is partnering with an exciting AI business to deliver agentic AI products for small businesses. We’re seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to support multiple software teams and help deliver outcomes that matter.

You'll drive predictability, remove blockers, manage dependencies and risks, and foster continuous improvement while keeping delivery customer value-focused.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Delivery Manager in software/tech
• Strong Agile principles experience
• Proven track record delivering digital products with business outcomes
• Experience across full SDLC in fast-paced settings
• Ability to create/manage delivery plans across multiple teams
• Strong stakeholder management and expectation setting
• Experience identifying/managing blockers, risks and dependencies
• Proficient in using delivery metrics to improve team performance
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management with proactive approach
• Collaborative mindset across engineering, product, design and business teams

As the business continues to grow, they're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to support multiple software engineering teams and help deliver innovative products that are making a real difference to small businesses.

We're looking for a Delivery Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders. You'll help teams become more predictable, remove blockers, manage dependencies and risks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while keeping delivery focused on customer value.

What You'll Bring:

• At least 2 years' experience working as a Delivery Manager within a software or technology environment
• Strong experience supporting high-performing teams using Agile principles and practices
• A proven track record of delivering technical or digital products that achieve business outcomes and deliver value
• Experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to create and manage delivery plans, maintain commitments and coordinate delivery across multiple teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate progress, manage expectations and resolve competing priorities
• Experience identifying and managing blockers, risks and dependencies to keep delivery on track
• Confidence using delivery metrics to understand team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with engineering, product, design and other business functions
