Job summary

Wellcome Trust is hiring a Delivery Manager to join the Digital & Technology Strategy & Governance team. You will work with product and workstream teams delivering public-facing websites, Tableau dashboards, data infrastructure and a bespoke CRM for grants, using agile methodologies.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, identify blockers, optimize ways of working, manage risks, and provide accurate delivery estimates.

Qualifications

• Experience as delivery manager or scrum master in digital & technology environments.
• Experience applying multiple Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and creative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end projects with tailored Agile approaches to meet deadlines and quality.
• Set goals with subject matter experts and help teams achieve them.
• Identify blockers or dependencies and work with stakeholders to mitigate them.
• Provide up-to-date delivery estimates and maintain transparent progress reporting.
• Support with goal setting techniques (OKRs) and data-informed decision making.
