Job summary

NESO in the UK is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end digital, data, and technology delivery, coordinating planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement to realise strategic outcomes.

Based in Wokingham or Warwick, this full-time role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive efficient delivery while promoting a low-carbon energy future. Hybrid working and travel to offices are supported.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-team, multi-vendor delivery.
• Ability to challenge engineering and commercial decisions.
• Proven governance capability: RAID, milestones, reporting.
• Experience with cost management and investment governance.
• Strong communication and influencing across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain delivery plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Manage RAID logs with discipline, ensuring early warning of delivery risks and clear mitigation actions.
• Provide delivery reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering digital products and services; provide coaching and mentorship.
• Coordinate transition into service and ensure operational readiness.
