What will you be doing?
Working within our CRM Services team, you will lead two cross-functional engineering teams to deliver and support our CRM platforms using DevOps principles. You will be adept at delivering complex IT change and removing barriers to delivery, creating an environment where the team can succeed. You will coach team members, facilitate continuous improvement, and apply suitable agile and DevOps techniques to focus on delivering value aligned with the product or transformation vision.
The Delivery Manager will oversee all line management responsibilities, leading high-performing, motivated teams with engaged and excited members about their outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to develop and communicate roadmaps and shared visions effectively.
The role is primarily remote (hybrid), requiring some travel to our offices in Welwyn Garden City.
