Job summary

Connect Transform Sustain (CTS) in Warrenpoint, County Down, Northern Ireland seeks a Project Manager to lead Planned & Response construction projects from concept to completion. You will drive on-time delivery, coordinate daily with client reps, design teams and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of construction regulations, and the ability to deliver fast-track refurbishment projects while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
• Administration qualification or demonstrable 5 years’ experience.
• Excellent customer service and professional conduct.
• Experience dealing with the general public in a professional manner.
• Ability to meet KPI deadlines in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planned & Response construction projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure on-time delivery of all projects.
• Collaborate daily with client reps, design team and subcontractors.
• Ensure subcontractors carry out required works and appraise performance.
• Liaise with senior team to maintain high standards.
• Develop detailed programmes and sequences of works.
• Implement health & safety and ensure environmental and quality compliance.
• Attend on-site meetings and provide regular progress reports.
• Mentor other team members and drive zero snagging on projects.
