Job summary

Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee multiple CIPP and drainage rehabilitation projects across the South of England. The role focuses on delivering safely, on time and to the required quality standards, in collaboration with clients, site teams, engineers and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management, leadership and problem-solving skills, with a track record in utilities or civil engineering, and hold a full UK

Qualifications

• Proven delivery management or project management experience in drainage or civil works.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good understanding of health, safety, quality and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multiple CIPP and drainage rehabilitation projects from inception through to completion.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials, subcontractors and resources.
• Monitor programmes, budgets and performance; provide updates to clients and management.
• Mentor site teams and maintain strong client relationships to meet specs.
