Job summary

Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd is partnering with a growing specialist contractor to appoint a Delivery Manager for CIPP, drainage rehabilitation and wastewater infrastructure projects in the South of England. This is a permanent, site-based role with a salary of £50,000–£55,000 DOE.

You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors, manage programmes and budgets, maintain client relationships, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring site teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Delivery Manager/Project Manager or similar operational role.
• Experience in drainage, CIPP, utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong project management, budgeting and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and SMSTS or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multiple CIPP and drainage rehabilitation projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials, subcontractors and resources.
• Monitor programmes, budgets and performance.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project review meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery.
• Mentor and support supervisors and site teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the business professionally.
