Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd is partnering with a growing specialist contractor to appoint a Delivery Manager for CIPP, drainage rehabilitation and wastewater infrastructure projects in the South of England. This is a permanent, site-based role with a salary of £50,000–£55,000 DOE.

You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors, manage programmes and budgets, maintain client relationships, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring site teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Delivery Manager/Project Manager or similar operational role.
• Experience in drainage, CIPP, utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong project management, budgeting and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and SMSTS or equivalent desirable.

Delivery Manager – CIPP / Drainage Rehabilitation Location: South of England – Site Based

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 DOE

Type: Permanent

The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Delivery Manager to join a growing specialist contractor operating within the CIPP, drainage rehabilitation and wastewater infrastructure sector.

This is a key operational position responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects across the South of England. You will work closely with clients, site teams, engineers, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multiple CIPP and drainage rehabilitation projects from inception through to completion
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials, subcontractors and operational resources
• Monitor project programmes, budgets and performance
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Work closely with operational and engineering teams to maximise project performance
• Ensure project documentation is completed accurately and maintained
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation
• Monitor quality and ensure works meet client specifications
• Support commercial teams with variations, quotations and project reporting
• Lead project review meetings and provide updates to senior management
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery
• Mentor and support supervisors and site teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the business professionally

About You

We are looking for someone with proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager or similar operational role.

You should have:

• Experience within drainage, CIPP, utilities, civil engineering, construction or infrastructure
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Experience managing programmes, resources and budgets
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
• A good understanding of health, safety, quality and environmental requirements
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence
• SMSTS or equivalent – desirableWhat's on Offer?
