Job summary

Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Drainage Lining Supervisor in East Sussex. You will lead CIPP lining crews, coordinate resources and ensure project delivery to the highest quality and safety standards on behalf of our client.

You will manage multiple sites, drive planning and performance, and develop your team towards more senior roles, with clear progression towards Operations Manager within a growing drainage rehabilitation contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising CIPP lining or trenchless rehabilitation projects.
• Knowledge of lining installation techniques and site operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple crews, resources and work programmes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
• Strong focus on safety and quality, with a proactive approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CIPP lining crews to ensure safe, high quality project delivery.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and equipment to keep projects on programme.
• Carry out regular site visits, monitoring performance, QA and Health & Safety compliance.
• Support operational planning, project mobilisation and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and resolve site issues.
• Ensure lining installations meet technical specifications and client expectations.
• Build strong relationships with clients, site teams and internal departments.
• Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Salary: Circa £19.00 per hour, depending on experience

Are you an experienced Drainage Lining Supervisor with a strong background in CIPP lining and trenchless rehabilitation? Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a growing specialist contractor offering genuine progression towards an Operations Manager role?

Vector Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Drainage Lining Supervisor to support the delivery of drainage rehabilitation projects across the South of England.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll oversee multiple lining crews, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while working closely with the Operations Manager.

The Role

As Drainage Lining Supervisor, you'll play a key role in coordinating day‑to‑day operations across multiple projects, including:

• Supervising CIPP lining crews to ensure safe, efficient and high‑quality project delivery
• Coordinating labour, plant, materials and equipment to keep projects on programme
• Carrying out regular site visits, monitoring performance, quality and Health & Safety compliance
• Supporting operational planning, project mobilisation and resource allocation
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and resolving site issuesEnsuring lining installations meet technical specifications, QA requirements and client expectations
• Building strong relationships with clients, site teams and internal departments
• Promoting a positive safety culture and driving continuous improvement across operations

About You

We're looking for an experienced supervisor with excellent technical knowledge of drainage lining operations and the leadership skills to manage multiple teams.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience supervising CIPP lining or trenchless rehabilitation projects
• Strong knowledge of lining installation techniques and site operations
• Experience coordinating multiple crews, resources and work programmes
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills
• A proactive, organised approach with a strong focus on safety and quality
• Full UK driving licence
