Job summary

Methods Business And Digital Technology is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager (3rd Line Support) to lead a multi-disciplinary team within a secure, cloud-native Azure environment. You will guide end-to-end delivery of complex bug fixes, manage incidents and changes, and ensure high-quality releases using Agile practices across 8am–8pm weekdays and extended Saturday hours.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Scrum Master delivering complex software projects.
Expert knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams (devs, QA, BA).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-disciplinary team of Technical Leads, Developers, QA Engineers, and BA.
Manage incidents, problems, changes and SLAs across the delivery lifecycle.
Drive agile ceremonies and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines and production deployments in Azure/Kubernetes.
Balance urgent support with planned feature development and backlogs.
