Job summary

Methods is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager (3rd Line Support) to lead a high‑performing, cross‑functional technical team within a cloud‑native Azure environment. You will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of complex bug fixes, incident management, and continuous improvement of releases in collaboration with Product and 2nd line AMS teams.

Ideal candidates will have proven delivery management experience in modern software environments, strong Agile facilitation, and a track record of driving

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex software projects.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Lean principles.
• Experience with cloud‑native environments (Azure, AKS).
• Familiarity with microservices architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
• Security clearance or willingness to undergo clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a multi‑disciplinary team of developers, QA, and BA.
• Manage Incidents, Problems and Changes within ITSM tooling.
• Deliver features and fixes through Agile ceremonies and sprints.
• Ensure quality standards (TDD/BDD) and CI/CD deployments.
• Balance reactive support with proactive feature development.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders and Product Domain Teams.
