Job summary

Free-Work in Holborn, London, seeks a Digital Delivery Manager with Azure to lead one or more digital projects in an Agile environment. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, engage product owners and stakeholders, and drive value-driven delivery for both onsite and remote staff.

Responsibilities

Deliver projects and products using the appropriate methodology – Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Lean.
Own the planning process and backlog creation – prioritise the work with Product Owner to achieve value per sprint.
Manage a multidisciplinary team across different platforms.
Handle context switching across projects and with different stakeholders daily.
Ensure all standards, as set by SMEs, are adhered to by the team.
Dive into backlog item analysis to ensure clear requirements in each delivery cycle.
Uphold the quality of all deliverables through testing each iteration.
Develop an expert understanding of users’ needs and champion these in delivery.
Understand the product vision with the Product Owner for demonstration to users and stakeholders.
Engage with users and stakeholders to encourage uptake and use of the product.
Ensure the product meets company standards and applies value-maximising UX principles.
