Job summary

Methods is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager (3rd Line Support) to lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary technical team embedded in the core development team. Core hours are 8am–8pm Mon-Fri and 8am–6pm Sat, with a focus on end-to-end delivery of complex bug fixes and rapid problem resolution in a secure cloud-native (Azure) environment.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage stakeholder expectations, and balance urgent support with planned feature work while promoting TDD/BDD

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Scrum Master delivering complex software projects.
• Expert knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication with senior levels.
• Strong experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with cloud-native environments (Azure, AKS) and microservices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, TDD/BDD and DevOps culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team of technical staff.
• Coordinate Incidents, SLAs and KPIs across the team.
• Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle using Agile methods.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros).
• Identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and product teams.
• Oversee CI/CD processes and deployment to production.
