The role emphasizes post-sales delivery, participation in technical workshops, bid support, and continued professional development including Microsoft certifications.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to create a technical design with limited guidance.
• Input into technical workshops & solutions.
• SC clearance or willingness to gain.
• Microsoft Associate Level Exams.”

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Technical Lead in conceptualising and designing complex solutions across multiple sites.
• Providing technical delivery support and engaging with Project Managers to meet time and budget goals.
• Running or co-hosting technical workshops covering multiple technologies.
• Assisting presales activity for Business Development, Solution Architecture and Sales teams.
• Developing detailed design skills and maintaining cross-technology awareness.
