Troi Search are delighted to be working exclusively with The Gym Group as they look for a Maternity Cover Delivery Manager to oversee a critical value stream for the business.

As a Digital Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of full-stack digital projects within a value stream. This role involves managing a team of digital specialists, coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The Digital Delivery Manager is also responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the project aligns with the organisation's strategic objectives.

Within this value stream, you'll work closely with Digital Marketing to enhance the "join journey" and make it as seamless as possible.

We're looking for someone with extensive delivery experience, particularly in Digital Sales, Conversion, and A/B Testing.

• Proven delivery expertise: Hands-on experience leading full-stack digital initiatives using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Comfortable managing complex backlogs, facilitating sprint planning, and ensuring incremental delivery of value.
• Leadership in action: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and delivery, creating an environment of trust, collaboration, and shared ownership.
