Responsibilities:

• Lead stakeholder communication and facilitate Digital Tribe portfolio governance, including planning and delivery synchronization.
• Coordinate tribes and squads to deliver business value by managing dependencies and resolving impediments, ensuring end-to-end Digital solution delivery, even with third-party suppliers.
• Partner with tribe leads and consumer sponsors to deliver business benefits and orchestrate innovative digital solutions.
• Manage risks and dependencies across the tribe, escalating and tracking impediments.
• Build and maintain a robust network across the business to enable efficient delivery and ensure decision-making credibility.

Ideal Experience:

• Proven track record in delivering multiple projects and change initiatives in a matrix environment.
• Extensive knowledge of agile delivery methods.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive open, sustained communication channels within Digital tribes and with the wider stakeholder community.
• Proficiency in project methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
• Deep understanding of the consumer journey, particularly in the online shopping experience, from product viewing to basket and payment processes.
