A bit about the role...

Join our small but highly skilled team of Delivery Management professionals, united by a shared mission to drive positive change. As a Digital Delivery Manager, you’ll lead and nurture a multi-disciplinary team, helping them unlock their full potential and deliver high-quality digital products and services.

You’ll be responsible for building a collaborative, motivated environment where the team can thrive. Using your strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, you’ll balance competing priorities, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum at a sustainable pace.

Your focus will be on what matters most - ensuring the team is aligned with delivery goals, continuously improving, and working effectively across digital, data, and technology functions. You’ll also work alongside operational delivery teams in digital, data and technology to ensure that the ongoing management and support of products/services are effectively implemented.

A bit about you…

You’re an experienced Digital Delivery Manager with a proven track record of leading successful product and service delivery.

The capabilities you’ll need for this role are based on the DDaT Capability Framework as follows;

  • Agile Working: You can select and adapt delivery methods to suit the context, helping teams measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Commercial Management: You can work effectively with third-party suppliers to deliver digital services that meet user needs.
  • Communication: You can translate technical and non-technical information clearly, engaging stakeholders with confidence and empathy.
  • Financial Management: You can balance cost and value, making decisions that reflect both budget constraints and user priorities.
  • Life-cycle Management: You can manage products and services across their full lifecycle, from discovery to live support.
  • Delivery Momentum: You can maintain pace and flow, proactively addressing risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Process Improvement: You can simplify complex processes and guide teams through new, more effective ways of working.
  • Planning: You can prioritise work strategically and ensure teams have the capacity and clarity to deliver.
  • Team Dynamics: You can foster a culture of trust, motivation, and growth, creating the conditions for teams to excel.
Who are we?

Homes England

The Housing and Regeneration Agency

We believe that affordable, quality homes in well-designed places are key to improving people’s lives. As the government’s housing and regeneration agency, we create thriving new places and transform urban areas, combining the full breadth of our powers, expertise, land, capital and influence to bring investment to communities and get more homes built.

How? We form long-term partnerships that bridge the gap between the public and private sector to meet local needs and aspirations. We use our influence to champion the creation of sustainable homes, communities and places that are brilliantly designed for the people that live there now, and in the future. And we use funding and support to build a more resilient, diverse and innovative housing sector, helping new entrants in the market, encouraging modern methods of construction and design, and promoting the utmost attention to building safety.

Together with our partners, we’re accelerating the pace of house building, remediation and regeneration across the country, as we seek to deliver ever more affordable homes in places people are proud to call home for generations to come.
