Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water and environment projects across the UK. You will manage schedules, budgets, resources and risk, acting as the main client contact and guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes agile work practices, strong stakeholder engagement and a commitment to safety and quality. You may advance into project executive leadership on larger programs.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience across infrastructure/water/design & build.
• Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Expertise in project planning, risk management, budget and resource management, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of water and environmental projects and programmes of varying scale and complexity.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Drive performance, encourage agile ways of working, ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement in project management capabilities.
• Potential to step into Project Executive roles across projects of varying scale.
