Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Water and Environment space to lead delivery of diverse projects in the UK. You will oversee schedules, budgets, resources and risk while serving as the main client contact and steering multidisciplinary teams to successful outcomes.

Successful candidates bring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a track record of delivering complex projects safely, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience across infrastructure/water/design and build.
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and driving delivery performance.
• Expertise in project planning, risk, budget and resource management.
• PM qualifications: APM PMQ, Prince2, NEC ECC PM (Desirable)

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of water and environmental projects and programmes of varying scale and complexity.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Drive performance, promote agile ways of working and ensure health, safety and welfare compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement across projects.
• Potential to step into Project Executive roles across projects of varying scale.
