Job summary

BI:PROCSI is seeking a Head of Delivery to guide and oversee the successful delivery of our solutions across Data Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, AI/GenAI, and software engineering domains.

The role focuses on stakeholder relationships, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives. London-based with 95% remote work, the role requires strong leadership and a track record of shaping delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project delivery within a technical consulting environment or equivalent enterprise setting.
• Proven experience delivering across Data Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, AI/GenAI, and software engineering domains.
• Strong matrix management skills with history of leading cross-functional teams and large PMO functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and risk mitigation across projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery in line with Statements of Work.
• Serve as primary client, business, and technical stakeholder liaison to align delivery with goals.
• Lead resource planning, cross-functional teams, and Agile practices to maintain high performance.
• Establish repeatable, efficient ways of working and continuously improve delivery processes.
