Bupa is seeking a Delivery Lead for Manchester, London or Staines on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on delivering business change initiatives with customer experience at the heart of decisions and strong governance over cost and benefits.

You will lead planning, shaping and management of change initiatives, create and manage project plans, budgets and milestones, and coordinate internal teams with third parties to ensure successful delivery and value realization.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in business and IT change.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior stakeholders.
• Thrives in pressurised environments with clear decision making.
• Experience with MSP, Prince2, Agile or SDLC methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of business change initiatives or workstreams.
• Plan, shape and manage change initiatives with defined benefits and cost control.
• Create and manage project plans, budgets, milestones and CSFs.
• Lead delivery teams and coordinate vendors for cost-efficient delivery.
• Ensure scope, budget and quality are controlled across the initiative.
• Clarify responsibilities with team members and maintain team cadence.

With the customer experience at the heart of decisions you will be responsible for delivering defined business benefits and outcomes while closely managing cost of delivery.You'll help us make health happen byLeadership of planning, shaping and management of change initiatives or workstreams in line with the identified delivery methodologyCreate and manage optimised project plans, budgets, critical success factors and key milestones for all workstreamsLead appropriate project and workstream teams, negotiating and influencing with resource managers to ensure they are optimised to achieve the agreed outcomesEncourage effective working relationships with colleagues across Bupa and third parties, motivating them to gain commitment, support and resource to deliver project workEffectively engage and manage vendors, focussing on strong delivery capability and cost efficiency opportunities for the initiativeSuccessfully coordinate the initiative and its dependencies, ensuring clear management and control of scope, budget and quality.
