Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive business and IT change initiatives across Manchester, London or Staines. The role requires leadership of planning, budgeting, and cross‑functional teams to deliver defined benefits while controlling costs.

You will manage vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost‑efficient delivery. The position offers a 12‑month fixed term contract with a salary from £56,000 DOE, 10% management bonus, and a hybrid 2‑days‑in‑the‑office pattern.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in business and IT change.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in pressurised environments with decisive problem solving.
• Experience of risk, resource, and cost/benefit management.
• Experience with MSP, Prince2, Agile, SDLC methodologies.
