Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Performance & Insight Analyst for an office-based role in Leeds. The position involves supporting a platform migration, managing backlogs, coordinating delivery work packages and providing PMO-type support to ensure smooth progress with senior stakeholders.

The role focuses on delivery oversight, planning and ensuring teams have the structure and capacity to progress key activities, with FS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services sector.
• Experience supporting end-to-end platform migrations or large-scale technology transformations.
• Understanding of backend systems, platform delivery, interfaces and integrations.
• Experience with backlog migration, delivery planning and work package coordination.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience providing executive-level updates and PMO-style support.
• Experience taking on PMO-style responsibilities within a complex delivery environment.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and balance competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of a new backend platform, including interfaces and integrations.
• Assist with migrating existing backlogs onto the new platform.
• Coordinate work packages and help prioritise delivery activities.
• Help manage workload across delivery teams and assign responsibilities.
• Provide PMO-style support to reduce administrative burden on the delivery lead.
• Support executive-level reporting, updates and preparation of delivery materials.
• Work with stakeholders to understand the end-to-end customer journey and how the platform supports it.
• Maintain delivery visibility across teams, dependencies and milestones.
