Job summary

Autel Energy is seeking a Fulfilment Representative to own the customer fulfilment journey after contract signature across Europe. You will translate contractual commitments into delivery, onboarding, go-live, and ongoing performance reviews, coordinating with Sales, Solution, Engineering, Service, Logistics, and Finance.

The role demands strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and a customer-first mindset. Travel across Europe is expected, with a start date as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and fulfilment management.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery projects.
• Experience with invoicing or revenue-related processes is a strong advantage.
• Experience with contract execution and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fulfilment lifecycle from PO to delivery and stabilisation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solution, Engineering, Service, Logistics, Finance and partners.
• Drive go-live readiness, operational handover and post-go-live performance.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and delivery governance across projects.
