Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into an actionable delivery plan with milestones and governance checkpoints.
• Manage delivery across multiple fulfilment routes and cross-functional teams.
• Define scope, deliverables and success metrics for customer segments.
• Embed customer insights into design and decision making.
• Act as single accountable owner for delivery and maintain stakeholder updates.
• Facilitate workshops and governance forums to drive alignment.
• Ensure transition to BAU with clear ownership and success measures.
