Job summary

Autel Energy Europe is hiring a Solution Engineer to translate complex technical requirements into reliable EV charging solutions. You will lead pre-sales technical support, design charging architectures, and coordinate with Product Management and R&D to validate feasibility.

Fluent English and a background in electrical or energy systems are essential, with 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role. This is an Europe-wide posting with opportunities across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 3+ years in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience in EV charging, energy, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support and solution consulting to customers, partners and internal teams.
• Design and present EV charging solutions based on customer needs and product capabilities.
• Coordinate with Product Management, R&D and other teams to validate solutions and resolve dependencies.
• Build technical relationships with customers and partners; deliver trainings and enablement.
• Gather feedback to support product improvements and documentation.
• Measure success by quality of engagement, feasible solution designs, and stakeholder satisfaction.
