Streamline Search Ltd. is seeking an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and help build out our contract offering within the construction sector.

This role will develop and manage a contract recruitment desk, with a strong focus on construction. You will win new contract opportunities, build and maintain a contractor network and deliver live placements with a high degree of autonomy.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in contract or temporary recruitment.
• Experience recruiting in construction, engineering, or related technical markets.
• Ability to develop new business and win vacancies.
• Strong telephone-based business development skills.
• Experience managing contractors and client relationships.

Aufgaben

• Win new contract and temporary recruitment requirements.
• Develop existing client relationships and identify contract opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong contractor network.
• Source, qualify and place contractors into live assignments.
• Negotiate pay rates, charge rates and margins.
• Manage recruitment process from vacancy to placement and ongoing assignment.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and contractors.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with Streamline team.
• Build a sustainable book of recurring contract revenue.
