About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial part in the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and continuously providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are important to us, giving customer feedback insights and ensuring we stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver products to customer premises within a specified radius
• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
• Provide feedback to the branch on customer and competitor activity
• Load vehicles according to procedures
• Collect customer returns as required
• Perform vehicle maintenance including daily checks
• Assist in the warehouse as needed
• Support inter-branch transfer deliveries as required

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch cover needs.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the mile radius around the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
