About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers give customer feedback insights and help us stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.

As a Delivery Driver working on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch in covering holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of the organization and promote the Company brand through positive interactions with customers.

Main Duties include:

1. Delivering products to customers within a mile radius
2. Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
3. Providing feedback to the branch on customer and competitor activity
4. Loading your vehicle according to procedures
5. Collecting customer returns as required
6. Carrying out vehicle maintenance and daily checks
7. Assisting in the warehouse when needed
8. Helping with Inter-Branch Transfer Deliveries as required

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch coverage needs.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

1. Must hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
2. Excellent knowledge of the mile radius around the branch
3. Previous experience as a delivery driver
4. Understanding of the importance of high standards of customer service
5. Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good timekeeping
6. Customer-focused, driven to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
