Job Purpose Statement: To provide excellent service to our customers by delivering orders promptly and efficiently. The role also includes daily warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivering goods in an organized and timely fashion
2. Loading, unloading, preparing, cleaning, and operating a vehicle for delivery duties
3. Interacting with customers daily
4. Organizing products and parcels ready for couriers
5. Positively promoting the company and its products and services, maintaining a professional image at all times
6. Operating Acorn computer system as required
7. Answering phones when needed and assisting customers at the trade counter
8. Ensuring daily safety and maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle and reporting faults

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• The ability to work independently
• Patience and a polite attitude towards other road users
• Fluent English speaking ability
• Previous driving experience is essential but not mandatory
