Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring a Customer Service Team Member to join our Stoke-on-Trent operation. You will deliver orders door-to-door, work independently, and provide excellent service to customers on a busy, physical route. Full UK driving licence required; full training will be provided.

Shifts run across early mornings to late evenings; permanent contract with paid breaks and a supportive team, plus pension and health benefits. Travel may be required during site transition.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Active, physical delivery role requiring reliability and good fitness.
• Training provided for those new to delivery.
