Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring a Customer Service Team Member (Delivery Driver) in Stoke-on-Trent. You will deliver orders to customers, follow pre-planned routes, and represent the company with a focus on safe driving and excellent service.

The role involves early starts and late finishes with training and travel to Stoke during transition. A full UK driving licence and at least one year of driving experience are required, with shifts up to 7.5 hours and paid breaks.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence is required.
• At least twelve months' driving experience.
• No more than six penalty points on licence.
• No driving disqualifications in past five years.
• You must be aged 18 or over (some deliveries include alcohol).

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders from van to customers' doors, including flats and stairs.
• Follow a pre-planned route using provided GIS app and route planning.
• Drive safely and provide great service on every delivery.
• Represent Ocado Logistics when delivering for our retail partners.
