Job summary

Ocado Logistics is recruiting a Customer Delivery Driver to join our Stoke-on-Trent team. You’ll drive delivery vans on pre-planned routes, deliver orders with a smile and ensure safe, high-quality service for customers.

The role is permanent with 37.5 hours per week and paid breaks, with shifts across five days per week. Training starts at established sites and moves to Stoke-on-Trent from 9 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• At least twelve months’ driving experience.
• No more than six penalty points on your licence.
• No driving disqualifications within the past five years.
• Aged 18 or over, as some deliveries include alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers' doors following a pre-planned route.
• Drive safely and provide great service to customers.
• Carry orders from van to customers’ doors, including stairs and flats.
• Represent Ocado Logistics and maintain clear communication with customers.
