Job summary

Royal Mail is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers. If you have a passion for community service and love being on the move, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

You’ll be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering letters and parcels come rain or shine. Shifts vary; a full UK driving licence is needed and a driving assessment applies.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk long distances and handle mailbags up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; you must be able to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels as the face of Royal Mail in your community.
• Drive a delivery van and complete parts of your route on foot.
• Pass a driving assessment at start and maintain highest service standards.
