Job summary

Angard Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join Royal Mail as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers in the United Kingdom. You’ll deliver letters and parcels by van, with a mix of driving and on-foot time across your round and you’ll be the face of the service in your community.

Successful candidates must have a full UK driving licence, be physically fit to walk up to 20,000 steps daily, and adapt to varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and manage a mailbag up to 16 kg.
• Shifts can vary; you must be flexible and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels as the face of Royal Mail in your community.
• Drive a Royal Mail van and also walk parts of your delivery route.
• Deliver items securely and handle specific items in line with standards.
