Job summary

Angard Recruitment is seeking flexible postal delivery drivers for Royal Mail in the United Kingdom. This temporary role involves driving a Royal Mail van, delivering letters and parcels, and serving local communities with pride and reliability.

You will work set shifts with varying start times; a full UK manual driving licence is required and you must be active, walking up to 20,000 steps daily and handling bags up to 16 kg.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, get in and out of your van regularly, and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; ability to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your delivery area, driving a Royal Mail van as part of your round.
• Safely handle and deliver election materials and other items in line with Royal Mail standards.
• Provide reliable, friendly service and represent Royal Mail in the community.
