Maps Logistics Ltd in Cardiff is seeking a Delivery Driver for full-time work with van, fuel and insurance provided. Day rate: £166.44 equivalent to £166.44 per day with weekly pay and paid training.

You will drive within the law, load and unload deliveries, log hours and mileage, and follow planned routes while ensuring scans and security of goods. DBS and drug/alcohol checks occur, and training is provided.

Qualificações

• Must have held a UK or EU Driving Licence for at least 1 year.
• DBS check will be completed.
• Drug & Alcohol test will be completed on induction day.
• Previous Delivery driver experience and familiarity with major parcel networks preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive responsibly and within the law at all times, within speed limits and with due regard for other road users.
• Check the delivery vehicle is roadworthy and record/report any defects.
• Load the vehicle with due regard for safety, security, and parcel care.
• Record daily duties, hours worked, working time, mileage and fuel.
• Maintain safe, fuel-efficient driving and hazard awareness with knowledge of the Highway Code.
• Follow pre planned routes and ensure goods are scanned and accounted for.
• Park vehicle legally and securely while performing collection and delivery duties.

• Compensation: GBP 832.2 - GBP 998.64 - daily

Maps Logistics Ltd is a delivery company based in Swansea, delivering high volumes of parcels on behalf of our clients and dedicated to the satisfaction of our customers.

• To drive responsibly and within the law at all times, within speed limits and with due regard for other road users.
• To have the ability to be able to check the delivery vehicle is in a roadworthy condition and have the ability to record/report any defects found
• To be able to Load the vehicle with due regard for safely, security, and parcel care.
• The ability to record your driving daily duties, hours worked, working time, mileage and fuel.
• You should have a good standard of Safe and fuel efficient driving and hazard awareness.
• You should have good working knowledge of the Highway Code. - The ability to follow pre planned routes
• Ensuring vehicle is parked legally and securely whilst carrying out your collection and delivery duties
• Ensure all goods are accounted for and scanned as required
