MAPS Logistics Ltd is seeking a Delivery Driver (Cardiff) to join their Swansea-based operation delivering high volumes of parcels. The role provides a van, fuel and insurance, with paid weekly earnings and typical 9-hour days.

Applicants should have a UK/EU driving licence (1+ year), a clean record (≤6 points), and will undergo a DBS check and drug/alcohol testing. Previous delivery experience is preferred, with familiar brands such as Amazon, DPD or DHL.

Qualifications

• Must have held a UK or EU Driving Licence for at least 1 year.
• Less than 6 points on licence.
• DBS check will be completed.
• Drug & Alcohol test will be completed on induction day.
• Previous Delivery driver experience.
• Preferred (Such as Amazon Delivery, DPD, DHL, Parcelforce, Evri, Tesco etc)

Responsibilities

• To drive responsibly and within the law at all times, within speed limits and with due regard for other road users.
• To check the delivery vehicle is in a roadworthy condition and report any defects found.
• To load the vehicle with due regard for safety, security, and parcel care.
• Record your driving daily duties, hours worked, working time, mileage and fuel.
• Maintain safe and fuel-efficient driving and hazard awareness.
• Follow pre-planned routes and keep to the Highway Code.
• Ensure vehicle is parked legally and securely during deliveries.
• Ensure all goods are accounted for and scanned as required.
