Job summary

William Wilson Limited in Inverness is seeking a Delivery Driver 7.5t to join our team. You will drive a 7.5t vehicle, carry out daily checks, and deliver materials to building sites and branches, ensuring safe handling and excellent service.

The role is full-time, permanent, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with career development opportunities across the Wolseley Group. A Class 1 licence with CPC and Tachograph is required, plus multi-drop experience and strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• A class 1 driving licence with CPC and Tachograph.
• Previous 7.5t driving experience.
• Prior multi-drop experience.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 7.5t vehicle.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks.
• Deliver materials to building sites, loading/unloading as required.
• Supply on-site deliveries to branches.
• Ensure goods are handled safely and efficiently.

• Driving a 7.5t vehicle
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Delivering materials to building sites, which includes loading and unloading vehicles
• Supplying on-site deliveries to branches
• Ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently
• Providing exceptional customer service at customer sites

Employment details

This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Requirements

• A class 1 Driving Licence CPC and Digital Tachograph
• Previous 7.5t driving experience
• Prior multi-drop experience
• Excellent communication skills and to be able to build strong relationships with customers
