Job summary

William Wilson, part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking a Delivery Driver 7.5t in Inverness. You will drive a 7.5t vehicle, perform daily checks, and deliver materials to building sites while providing excellent customer service.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday (42.5 hours/week) with benefits and bonus potential. Requirements include a Class 1 licence, CPC and Digital Tachograph, and prior 7.5t/multi-drop experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 Driving Licence (CPC & Digital Tachograph)
• Experience driving 7.5t vehicles and multi-drop routes
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to carry out daily vehicle checks and safe loading/unloading
• Proactive and reliable with a focus on safety and deliveries

As an 7.5t Delivery Driver based in Inverness you’ll be responsible for:

• Driving a 7.5t vehicle
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Delivering materials to building sites, which includes loading and unloading vehicles
• Supplying on-site deliveries to branches
• Ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently
• Providing exceptional customer service at customer sites

This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

• A class 1 Driving Licence
• CPC and Digital Tachograph
• Previous 7.5t driving experience
• Prior multi-drop experience
• Excellent communication skills and to be able to build strong relationships with customers
