Job summary

Wolseley Group's Plumb Centre in Bishops Stortford is hiring a Part-Time Delivery Driver 3.5t for 20 hours (4 hours/day), mornings. You will deliver plumbing and heating supplies, build strong relationships with customers, and perform daily vehicle checks.

Back at the branch, you’ll help with warehouse duties, loading/unloading, stock checks, and support with orders. You’ll need a full clean UK driving licence and a willingness to be a team player; previous multidrop experience is welcome but

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Previous multidrop driving experience is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plumbing and heating supplies within the local area.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure everything is safe and ready to go.
• Load and unload deliveries, including manual handling.
• Support with warehouse duties when you’re back from deliveries, including stock checks.

Part-time Delivery Driver 3.5t - Bishops Stortford - Plumb Centre - 20 hours

Our branches are open Monday to Saturday (Sat. mornings only)

This vacancy is for 20 hours (4 hrs/day), Mornings.

Working pattern will be discussed at the interview stage.

As a Part Time Delivery Driver 3.5t joining our team in Bishops Stortford you will:

• Deliver plumbing and heating supplies within the local area
• Build strong relationships with our customers
• Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure everything is safe and ready to go
• Load and unload deliveries, including manual handling
• Support with warehouse duties when you’re back from deliveries, including unloading stock, picking & packing orders and carrying out stock checks

So, if you’re over the age of 18 and have got:

• A full clean UK Driving Licence
• Previous multidrop driving experience is ideal but not essential
• A genuine desire to be a team player, willing to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
