Job summary

The King’s Trust is seeking a Head of Delivery to lead and scale services, partnerships and programmes across the South Coast region. You will guide teams, build strong relationships with funders and stakeholders, and ensure delivery against commitments to improve outcomes for young people.

You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, using insight to drive continuous improvement while safeguarding and wellbeing remain at the heart of all activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading services, partnerships or programmes at scale.
• Ability to use insight and performance data to drive decisions.
• Strong leadership to inspire teams and build credibility with stakeholders.
