Job summary

The King’s Trust is seeking a Youth Development Lead in Newcastle with a focus on welcoming, training and managing Delivery Partners to deliver high-quality programmes for young people. You will ensure positive outcomes, travel within Northeast England, and maintain strong relationships with partners and volunteers.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and a willingness to travel; a driver’s license is essential.

• Willingness to travel within Northeast England; driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and manage a group of Delivery Partners to ensure high-quality programme delivery.
• Build and maintain productive partnerships with delivery organisations and young people.
• Record information accurately in our systems, ensuring compliance with funding contracts and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion goals.
• Support partners with access to training, resources and guidance to meet standards.
