We’re elevating our Delivery practice and seeking a Delivery Director to lead the way. You’ll have proven success in scaling a practice to support a £50m–£100m client portfolio, setting standards for client experience and delivery excellence, and driving outstanding outcomes.
You are an experienced delivery leader, skilled in team design, capability mapping, hands-on management, and servant leadership. You have a strong point of view on delivery methodologies, both agile and traditional, and will shape our delivery framework based on your consultancy experience. You enjoy engaging with clients, understanding their business, nurturing C-suite relationships, challenging opinions, providing strategic guidance, and solving complex problems. You have delivered large, enterprise-scale programs and are a natural leader and coach.
You collaborate well, partnering with our commercial team and other directors to develop our client experience strategy.
This is a hybrid role, requiring proximity to our hubs in Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester, or London, with flexibility to travel to client sites and regional offices. We trust you to manage your schedule, balancing face-to-face, remote work, and travel.
