Formación

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing or search research, ideally in public sector or DDaT.
• Ability to identify, engage and present exceptional candidates.
• Strong candidate engagement and market insight abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead candidate identification on live campaigns using job boards and networks.
• Build talent pools across digital, data, technology and AI disciplines.
• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates and manage process flow.
• Support executive search processes with research and market mapping.
• Generate business leads and pass context to the sales team for quick action.
• Maintain high-quality CRM data and professional client communication.
