This remote role offers a chance to build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers while expanding the firm's footprint across the US, UK, and Europe.

You will work with a distributed team, benefiting from AI-enabled processes and dedicated research support to drive high-value mandates.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling and delivering retained executive search at Partner/Director level.
• Strong network of senior decision-makers and ability to originate new business.
• Experience operating internationally with US and/or European markets desirable.
