Smiths News is seeking self-employed delivery contractors in the Newcastle area to manage your own schedule with early morning shifts starting between 03:00 and 09:00. You will operate on fixed routes, delivering newspapers and magazines to 20–30 customers daily, while handling returns and recycling duties.

The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to earn up to £34,000 per year, plus a start-up payment of £1,000. A 3.5t van and a valid UK/European driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Access to a 3.5t van.
• Self-employed status required.
