Delivery Architect, Old Street, London

FBM Architects is an award-winning practice committed to good design and delivery of projects. We are now seeking an experienced Architect to join our studio. We are a successful design-led RIBA Chartered practice based in Old Street, London and we work on a wide range of creative and challenging projects, across many sectors including residential, education and commercial.

Recent projects include the multi-award-winning Regent Place in Tower Hamlets and the AJ Awards-shortlisted Thornton House. We have also delivered estate regeneration schemes for the London Boroughs of Southwark and Tower Hamlets. More recently, our portfolio has expanded to include work in the hospitality sector. Within the practice, you will contribute to the production of information for ambitious delivery projects, such as the delivery of a large-scale complex residential scheme and collaborating with high-profile clients across a variety of team sizes.

We are seeking talented staff with excellent technical ability and the following experience and skillset;

Essential:

• Proficiency in Revit – minimum 5 years of recent experience. RIBA 3-5 production information stage experience– preferably in the residential sector.
• Experience in building envelope and construction documentation.
• A good eye for detail and the desire to play a key role in the production of construction packages.
• Excellent communication and team management skills (written and verbal).

Desirable:

• Experience with large scale schemes.
• Ability to work as a larger team whilst also demonstrating autonomy.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
